Second attempt to see our Boy

Today we attempted to do the 3-d ultrasound again. Unfortunately they were not able to capture very good pictures..we were not charged but instead of throwing away the DVD of their attempt they let us keep it. Here are the few ones that you can tell something of...The little booger kept moving!

In this one you can see his finger is right under his eye resting on his cheek..than you see the nose and the lips are distorted because he was moving.

This is just a picture you can see his hand..his pinkie and right ring finger.

Here is Baby Boy Carvers face..the best one they good kid. Lots of distortion but the eye nose and lips are apparent.

Here is the last one that I thought you might be able to see something. Just a side view his cheeks are getting chubbier!

We will be going back in Next Wednesday...If we don't see anything good we probably wont try again..but we'll see. Hey two tries..and no charge..plus we got to see our Boy. Definitely worth it!

oh and they verified him being a Boy for the 3rd time-ultrasound-so if he comes out girl...i would be completely shocked!

Janeen's Birthday Party

Well technically my birthday isn't till tomorrow...but we celebrated it early this weekend with Jesse and Jori. Brent had me open my presents on Friday..than Saturday we went to Texas Roadhouse and had Ice cream Cake with Jess and Jor.

Kid Movies!!!!! We are starting our collection of kid movies! Finding Nemo, All Dogs go to Heaven, and Ratatouille!

Brent was so thoughtful and got me new Scriptures!! My old ones I got when I was baptized and used through seminary..they weren't in too bad of shape but these are beautiful!!

And of coarse have my new last name!

Valentines Day Weekend

For Valentines Day weekend the Abraham's came to visit! We had such a good time with them and their family! Here is the highlights of this weekend!

Here is my valentines gift from Brent. The roses were beautiful and the bear was so soft and cuddly.

25 weeks 5 days and Fish!!

Today I had a Dr's Appointment. I have gained now a total of 10 pounds so definitely nothing to worry about! Today we attempted to also do a 3-d ultrasound. Unfortunately our little man did not want to have his pictures taken. He was moving tons and every time he'd slow down he'd either cover his face or turn his head so you couldn't see. Were re-scheduled for the 25th so hopefully we get some good shots! In the mean-time next week I get to take a Glucose tolerance test to check for diabetes and hemoglobin...I've heard this drink is good! ha ha...not, really

We also got a few more fish today! Some neon tetras. They are really cool looking. We love their colors.Here is a picture of a normal Neon-tetra

And here are the others. First there is the Red eyed tetra. He is the bigger one..and than there is two Orange Neon-tetras. They definitely liven up the tank a bit!

Our 2008 Christmas

So I know this is a little late but I realized that I have not posted ANYTHING really on Christmas! Let alone have a done a post for like 2 weeks!! So sad. Nothing is really happening that is too exciting. So here is Our Christmas post!

We decided that since we would be spending Christmas in Utah we would open our presents early so that we didn't have to pack them all to Utah...ya ya right how will Christmas morning be without any presents, but to honestly tell you the truth the best part of it was simply being with the family...especially since we never get to see them much! So every day a few days before Christmas we would each open a present...

Here are a few of our favorite things...

Mom and Dad Law got me some very cute Maternity Shirts!

And of coarse the famous Pajamas that you can look forward to each year!! Brent's were amazing..all about fishing!!! :)

I have been telling Brent I want a good Nativity Set!! This was so Perfect!! I loved it!!

It definitely caught me off guard when I opened "Enchanted"

Now in between this post he wasn't able to get a picture but Brent surprised me with a Nintendo DS!!!
