28 weeks

The long awaited 28 weeks... We made it and baby is Healthy! My emotions to say the least have not been, but were here and we keep pushin on. I don't think my pregnancies (emotion wise) will ever be easier, but I do know that Heavenly Father has a plan for each of these special spirits. I know I volunteered for this and that we will all be a family forever, no matter what.

Christmas 2013

We had a pretty relaxed Christmas this year! The boys counted down the days and was so sad when Elfie (Their elf on the shelf) went back with Santa.

 Later we did Gingerbread men! Charlie ate a lot of the goodies! I definitely would much rather do these than gingerbread houses!

I didn't get many photos but i'm so grateful that we were able to teach our children more about the birth of our savior! I love that Jackson is learning more and understanding. Were so excited for next year with 3 beautiful spirits to celebrate with!

Caldwell Lights

We weren't able to look at the Caldwell lights with the family as usual since Charlie was sick when everyone went. We were able to go with Hollie and Brandon and had a great time though!

 Jackson pulled Charlie and Paxton for at least half of the walk. Definitely would take the wagon again!

Family Christmas Party

 On Monday we went to my grandparents to have dinner, listen to the nativity, and see not only Santa but the Grinch! We had a great time, the boys were nervous around the grinch, but the grinch was pretty nice and handed out some little treats/prizes for the kids. Not so "grinch-like"!

 I was super surprised how well he did this time with Santa-Since the ward Christmas party was a HUGE Bust!

Hopefully next year they will Remember Santa isn't so bad after all! Makes mommies pictures a lot happier!

Sledding

Warning: most of these are blurry, but thats just how much fun we had!

We went up to my parents house and my dad pulled everyone behind on the tube! Jackson didn't think it would be fast enough, he soon realized that he was going pretty fast. They all loved it, and it only took a couple passes before we were all freezing and had had enough! Thanks Grandpa for bringing back memories for me and creating some for my little family!

Matthew Duane

On the 11th we celebrate the little life Matthew had. Its now been 3 years since he left for bigger and better things than this world could offer. We didn't make it to see him on the anniversary but were able to go visit later. Its a bitter sweet thing seeing Jackson and Charlie with him at the grave. Jackson remembers pretty clearly what happened. He talks about Matthew just about every week and how he wishes he had two brothers. Charlie only knows of him by name. But he gets really excited to see him every time we mention him. He has yet to really know that he is our rainbow baby, that Matthew led the way for him to come when he came. I know they had a bond in Heaven, I feel it when I see this in front of me.

This year seems a little harder than the last. I do imagine it is because I am pregnant and due around the same time Matthew was. I am only a few weeks off from when he left. Not a day goes by we don't think of this little guy,but we are so grateful that Families are forever.

Jumptime!

For Preschool we went to Jumptime. I think the boys spent the majority of the time in the foam pit. Jackson loved doing flips into it and Charlie just liked being there with brother. 

Christmas Parties

On Saturday our ward Christmas party was "Breakfast with Santa". We were able to see santa first and this year the boys were not too excited! I'm hoping they do better when they see him at Grandma and Grandpas party. Charlie was fine, until Jackson started crying and that was the end.

Jackson had a school Christmas Party today. They played a few games and had fun treats. I didn't get many pictures but it was a lot of fun

Gingerbread Houses

Today we went over to our friends house and made some gingerbread houses! Jackson did all of his (except icing) and Charlie ate pretty much the whole time. Its always fun to visit and play with our friends and a bonus when little project turn out good!

25 weeks

I had another doctors appointment last monday and they confirmed girl once again! We are getting so excited to add bows and pink to our lives...at least I am!

Thanksgiving 2013

Unfortunatly I didn't get any pictures of Thanksgiving- and the following are what Brent took. Brents family came to visit. Bry Jeff Cait and her friend. Thanksgiving night Christ and Geneva came for her brothers wedding that weekend so our house was full! But we Loved it! the boys LOVED all the attention they got from their aunt and uncles! 

We went to my grandparents for lunch and of coarse did some black friday shopping with everyone!  We made a turkey so we could have some leftovers and really had a pretty relaxed weekend...i think?! We hope everyone had a good time!

6 years

This week has been really busy between Thanksgiving, our family visiting, and of coarse Black friday! Almost so busy, easy enough to forget about our Anniversary....

ok maybe not...but easy enough to make it harder to celebrate! We were able to go to a movie, but this just means we get to make up for it next year...hopefully!

 I really can't believe that its been 6 years. We have been through a lot together but I do say we have accomplished a lot of pretty great things together. From:

School-Graduation

Moving to a different state- to than move directly back to Idaho

Struggling to find a job for a year, than have our prayers answered with 3 great offers!

buying our first house- and making it "home"

But the most incredible of all things that we have done together is create 4 beautiful children of God. Through the Joy and sadness that each one has brought..I'm so grateful that 6 years ago we made this family the right way, in Heavenly Fathers house. I'm so grateful we will all be together forever, all because of that one day 6 years ago.
