Yesterday I had my 12 week appointment. I have been Sooo sick this week I was almost sure I would be getting an IV. Well Needless to say I didn't get an IV and they drew my blood. Before my appointment I kept having this nagging feeling they weren't going to be able to find a heart beat--she put the monitor on my tummy...no heart beat-- My fear was true- So they did an ultrasound to check that everything was ok. The baby was found jumping around-with a normal heart beat of 175 BPM. The placenta was on top of the baby so they figure that is why they couldn't hear it on the other monitor. (Big SIGH of relief) So here is the baby as of yesterday (picture blurry from my camera)
I was so sick yesterday that I couldn't do anything let alone keep anything down. I had some phenegrin but I really didn't want to take it cause it doesn't really help the nausea but makes me super tired. I took it and was out for the evening starting at 5. Brent took Jackson fishing for the first time to a little park down the road..Jackson LOVED it--I'm so grateful for Brent and for him making a good evening for him and Jackson.
I love my little family and am grateful all is well with Baby #2

The last picture is the cutest stinkin' pic I have ever seen...it's just exactly what I would imagine a pic of one of Brent's boys to look like, fish and all! Sorry you're so sick Janeen, I hope the time passes quickly.
That is scary that they couldn't find a heart beat...I am ALWAYS worried about that...I am so glad baby #2 is doing good. Srry your so sick though :(. Are you more sick with this pregnancy? I hope you feel better soon!
Hey girl, I've been out of the blogging world for a while...so I missed your cute recent posts. Love the pics of little Jackson & the fish. SOOO cute. Love him. I agree with Caitlin. What a lucky girl you are Neen, two handsome men in your life, but you know that.
All of y'all are incredible. You are an amazing woman, enduring all the sickness of this pregnancy. You are stronger than me. I am amazed at you. I pray for you all the time. I hope things get better for you soon.
