Yesterday

Yesterday I had my 12 week appointment. I have been Sooo sick this week I was almost sure I would be getting an IV. Well Needless to say I didn't get an IV and they drew my blood. Before my appointment I kept having this nagging feeling they weren't going to be able to find a heart beat--she put the monitor on my tummy...no heart beat-- My fear was true- So they did an ultrasound to check that everything was ok. The baby was found jumping around-with a normal heart beat of 175 BPM. The placenta was on top of the baby so they figure that is why they couldn't hear it on the other monitor. (Big SIGH of relief) So here is the baby as of yesterday (picture blurry from my camera)

I was so sick yesterday that I couldn't do anything let alone keep anything down. I had some phenegrin but I really didn't want to take it cause it doesn't really help the nausea but makes me super tired. I took it and was out for the evening starting at 5. Brent took Jackson fishing for the first time to a little park down the road..Jackson LOVED it--I'm so grateful for Brent and for him making a good evening for him and Jackson.

I love my little family and am grateful all is well with Baby #2

Jackson loves babies. Whenever he see's one at church or a friends he thinks he has to give it kisses. Were excited for him to be a Big Brother!!

Last weekend my parents came to the other side of the state for a visit. We thought it would be nice to go through a Temple Session. Needless to say we got a babysitter, got all ready and made it to the temple doors to see a sign that said "Closed for cleaning"--
Hopefully we get blessings for trying :)

Jackson watching Grandpa clean his work boots.

Saturday Brent and my Dad went fishing at Rainbow lake ( A local owned private lake) They are trying to get all the bass and fish cleaned out of this lake. They said to keep anything you catch cause the end of this year they are going to just kill anything in it. Needless to say--they were very successful. Bringing home 24 not counting what they lost or threw back.

The flaying started like this

Went on like this..

On Sunday I decided last minute to go back to Boise with my parents.

Jackson found my old doll stroller. So her i am a little older not pushing around my baby dolls but my baby boy.

of coarse kisses for his Sarah

Headed to lunch in the park

Getting a ride from Grandpa on the "nun-nun"

This boy LOVES corn on the cob. He does really well cleaning it all off.

Ice cream night with Grandpa

Grandma-Jackson time.

He would laugh really hard any time she pushed him.

Friday Morning Jamie flew me back to I.F. She brought her two foster kids- Here are Jack and T. playing at the airport.

This was T. and M. first plane ride. T was really excited. He carried his booster seat around like a back pack all through the airport and onto the plane.

Jamie had some time before her flight left so we picked up Teagen and went and had lunch with Jesse. After that we all went to the Splash Park to play

Jackson kept attacking Teagen

We went on the Carousal.

Thanks everyone for the great week get-a-way. And Brent for having the house clean when I came home :)

Jacksons world of fun

Jackson has been enjoying this nice weather and playing outside. Were taking full advantage before the long winter comes around. We go to the splash park, to the park, play in the pool with Bella, and most days just sit outside and play. This last week Brent's mom came for a visit. Sadly I didn't get any pictures--(she has some so when she loads them I'll get some) But we loved having her! My parents are also coming for a visit this weekend. Were very excited to have them!

Just a little update- Brent just finished his semester and will be starting again in September. He has 2 more semesters and will be done so if all goes as planned he will be graduating in April than starting an internship. Were very proud of him and the hard work he has been putting into school and working for our little family.

Netti, Bella, Jackson and I took a trip the the Idaho Falls Zoo. The kids crashed on the way there.

Here we are the the Zebra (or Horse in Jackson's Language)

Jackson LOVES riding the bike. Were looking for one of those things to pull him behind but for now this will do-

He'll stand at the window and say nunnn nunnn and whine until of coarse he gets his way. :)

Last night Brent was reading a book to Jackson-- Jackson LOVES books. He will go find one come up to you, turn around and sit on your lap for you to read it to him. Lately He has been looking at the camera saying "cheese"

Jackson has been watching "Baby Signing Time". He is learning a lot and saying more. He knows in sign language:
More
Cracker
Baby
Dog
Eat
Water
This show can keep him entertained for the 30 min that its played.

We sure do love this boy-he brings smiles everyday and is turning into quite the little toddler.
