We found out my uncle Tom had passed away this week from a heart attack. He was 65. Amazing how death puts a perspective to things. My Grandma passed away from a heart attack at age 76. She seemed so young to me I remember because my great grandma had lived to 94 (Just a year before) and that was the only death I had really experienced to that point in my life. But My Uncle Tom was even younger. I never got to know him, but my Grandpa law passed away in his 60's as well.
My Dad is just a few years younger than Uncle Tom. During the funeral my heart broke for my cousins. I just don't want to imagine life without my dad! My dad is a superhero, superdad, and supergrandpa! Thankfully we know my dad is in good health and we pray he will continue to be.
