Brent's 28!

After Brent's Run, we let him rest. Jackson went out and drew for him. He said he drew a bunny. (He's our little artist, like father like son).  When Brent woke up from his  cat nap, we had made him a fruit pizza- per request- and had our little family party.! The boys loved helping daddy open presents and blow out candles.

For Dinner Brent chose Buffalo Wild wings. We LOVED the food- but hated the service. We were there for 2 hours, most of the time waiting for our waitress. We had just enough time to slip over to Edwards to catch a movie. "Snitch". Here's to another 28 years! Happy Birthday Brent!!!

The Damn Run

 The morning of Brent's Birthday he decided to do the Damn Run. It is in Emmett and 3.8 miles strait uphill. He did it with a couple co-workers and he did really well! He cam 26th of 100 + people. He said it was one of the hardest things he has ever done. Amazing! I am very proud of him...pretty sure I would have died 1/4 of a mile up!

Sunday Walk

We decided to go to the BLM grounds and go walking. It was a nice walk actually, closest we can get to going to the mountains without actually going there. 

 Grandma Ann gave Jackson a swingset. He LOVES it. He gets going so high. Thanks to Grandma Ann, now we can have even more fun in our yard!

Jeff and Bry visit

Uncle Jeffrey and Bryan came and visited us. We had a fun week! 

The boys went fishing a few times- Jeff and Bry even did a little camping.

We loved having the boys! Jackson cried when they left he was so sad. Were so glad they live close enough that we can visit. We need to do it more often.

Fishing with Dad

Brent decided it was time to venture out with both boys fishing. This was the first time taking them both alone. On a side note, I'm thinking this wont happen just the 3 of them alone, for a few more months.

Jackson was a great helper with Charlie 

Brent and Jackson went fishing with my dad at the City of Caldwell (workers only) pond. (which unfortunately was just closed to all!) They had great success!

And even caught a Huge frog!

Greatest part of this is Jackson LOVES to eat the fish! It doesn't matter if its a small blue gill. He loves it! I hate fish, and Jackson used to not like it either, but anytime he talks about fishing he finishes it with "and than we'll eat it!" True little fisherman.

Starting our garden

During general conference we decided we would plant some seeds to start our garden. I think Jackson enjoyed putting a handful of seeds into one hole!

 Charlie enjoyed watching from the table. He loves being on the table. (notice pres. monson!)

Were excited for our garden!...now to building one!

Chicken Coop is Finished!

The Chicken Coop is done and the girls- and possibly one guy- are enjoying it! 

Yes Chicken is spelt wrong! But the ChicHen place works fantastic!

Jackson stole my phone

I can not get enough of this kid! He is always taking my phone and taking number of pictures of himself! So Funny!!!!
