Saturday Morning we walked with neighbors to the community Easter Egg hunt. I took charlie to the infant group and Brent took Jackson to the "preschool" aged group. Unfortunately he didn't get any pictures but here are a few of charlie before. He did pretty well- and won 3 prizes. Jackson on the other hand FROZE-later telling us all the people "frightened" him- but fortunately ending up with 4 prizes.
Jackson colored some easter eggs for preschool- and we did a few together later on.
Saturday evening we went to my parents for an easter egg hunt there. Each boy found a prize of 3 dollars and of course numbers of eggs with candy in them.
Daddy and Charlie played on the swings
Easter morning the boys looked through their baskets and wore their matching Easter shirts to church!
I made some easter jars (make bars out of them) for Brent to take to his home teachers, and our neighbors. I made a batch to see how it would turn out when they made it and I will say they are pretty good!
We had Grandma Grandpa and Netta over for dinner (HAM) mmm!! Jackson was so sweet and told us about how he learned about Jesus being dead and than alive. His class did a thing where Jackson laid under the table (pretending to be Jesus in the tomb) Angels moved the rock to block him in, than they counted to 3 days, and than the angels moved the rock and Jackson (Jesus) Came out and was a live. So amazed at this little boy and so great full for his primary teachers.
After Church. Mom and dad in purple, boys yellow!
