4th of July

The day before we celebrated the 4th Jackson woke up really early. I took him downstairs to watch cartoons and he fell back asleep like this..Bella came over and played..

We celebrated the 4th on Saturday the 3rd. Here we are at the parade.

That evening we had a BBQ with Brent's brother Bryan- Jackson went swimming. I had cut up some watermelon and Jackson was going to town on eating it. He would eat a piece than lay back down on Bryans chest.

I made some "Fire-Cracker Bites"

That evening we did a few little fireworks of our own. Jackson wasn't to sure about the sparklers, but even more scared of the bigger ones

Bryan said this is the first time he has ever lit a firework. I guess in Texas (were Brent and Bry are from) pretty much all fireworks are illegal.
